Any cancellation or request for a refund after the goods have been ordered incur a 30% restocking fee
. This is to cover costs of order processing, dispatch, delivery and other necessary fees.
For any orders for special/customized products (including Stainless Steel Products, Exhaust Hoods or Visualize products), returns are not accepted.
Customers must pay for the return freight to our store for cancelled orders on top of restocking fees.
No claim for credit or damaged goods shall be considered unless notification is made within 7 days in writing to the Company.
